It provides an added dose of the live, active yogurt cultures that have been shown to promote overall good health of the digestive tract. The yogurt contains Bifidobacterium cultures, which help maintain the balance of bacteria in the intestine. The yogurt also contains vitamins A and D, and calcium. It is offered in Strawberry Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, Black Cherry Jubilee and Lemon Chiffon varieties.
